How do I sign up for EdiAssist?
To sign up for EdiAssist:
1. Click the "Start Free Trial" button on the homepage
2. Enter your email address and create a password
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
4. You'll be redirected to the onboarding wizard to set up your account
How do I complete the onboarding process?
The onboarding wizard will guide you through 7 quick steps:
1. Company Information - Tell us about your business
2. Brand Voice - Define your brand tone and style
3. Social Accounts - Connect your social media platforms
4. Default Channels - Set your preferred posting channels
5. Tutorial - Learn the basics of EdiAssist
You can skip any step and return to it later from your Settings page.
How do I generate content ideas?
To generate content ideas:
1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click "Generate Ideas" in the Quick Actions section
3. Select your target platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
4. Enter a topic or theme, or leave it blank for AI-suggested ideas
5. Click "Generate" and review the AI-generated content ideas
6. Save your favorite ideas for later or use them immediately to create posts
How do I generate AI content?
To generate AI-powered content:
1. Navigate to Content Calendar
2. Click "Create Content" button
3. Select the type of content (text post, image post, video)
4. Choose your platform and provide a brief description or idea
5. The AI will generate a complete post including captions, hashtags, and images
6. Edit the generated content to match your brand voice
7. Save as draft or schedule for publishing
How do I schedule posts?
To schedule your posts:
1. Create or select a post from your Content Calendar
2. Click the "Schedule" button
3. Choose your preferred date and time
4. Select which social platforms to publish to
5. EdiAssist will automatically post at the scheduled time
How do I review and approve posts?
To review and approve posts:
1. Go to the Approval Queue from your Dashboard
2. Review all pending posts that require approval
3. Click on any post to see full details, preview, and target platforms
4. Edit the content if needed
5. Click "Approve" to move the post to scheduled status
6. Or click "Reject" to send it back for revisions
Approved posts will be published at their scheduled time.
How do I publish posts?
There are three ways to publish posts:
1. Immediate Publishing - Create a post and click "Publish Now" to post immediately
2. Scheduled Publishing - Approved posts will automatically publish at their scheduled time
3. Manual Publishing - Go to Content Calendar, find your post, and click "Publish Now"
You can monitor the publishing status in your Content Calendar. Successfully published posts will show a green checkmark.
Billings and Subscription Plans
How do I subscribe to the Starter plan?
To subscribe to the Starter plan:
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Choose Plan" under the Starter plan card
3. Select monthly or yearly billing (save 8% with yearly)
4. Enter your payment information
5. Review and confirm your subscription
The Starter plan includes:
- Up to 3 social platforms
- 200 credits/month (~90 AI posts)
- AI idea generation
- Social media post & image generation
- Content calendar & scheduling
- Multi-platform post approval & publishing
- Basic analytics
How do I subscribe to the Pro plan?
To subscribe to the Pro plan:
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Choose Plan" under the Pro plan card (marked as "Best Value")
3. Select monthly or yearly billing (save 8% with yearly)
4. Enter your payment information
5. Review and confirm your subscription
The Pro plan includes:
- Up to 7 social platforms
- 500 credits/month (~220 AI posts)
- Everything in Starter
- Advanced analytics & insights
- Priority support
How do I purchase additional credits?
To purchase additional credits:
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Purchase Credits" in the Credits section
3. Select the credit package you need:
- Mini Pack: 75 credits - $10
- Standard Pack: 200 credits - $25
4. Enter your payment information
5. Credits will be added to your account immediately
Credits expire after 1 year from purchase date. Credits are consumed when you generate AI content, images, or use advanced features.

Pro plan subscribers get priority email support:

Our Pro support team typically responds within 1 business day. Include your account email and a detailed description of your issue for the fastest resolution.
